9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lemaidu App Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lemaidu App Services from claims arising out of your misuse of services, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on the service operator's primary jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
